All returns and exchanges require a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Contact customer service at 877-882-8784 to obtain a RAN. Please have your order number available when you call.  No returns or exchanges will be accepted without a RAN.

Red Gorilla® has a 30 day return policy. This means that all returns and exchanges must be done within 30 days of the original purchase. A credit and or exchange will only be issued if the product is returned in its ORIGINAL CONDITION. This includes intact product labeling. Credit will only be issued in the form of the original payment. Shipping costs to and from our warehouse are not refundable except for products shipped in error by us.  Please note that we cannot be responsible for returned packages that are lost in return transit.  To ensure your return package arrives please retain tracking information.
